Assent continues to pioneer the supply chain data management space with the addition of over US$100 million in growth equity from Warburg Pincus, a leading global private equity firm.

This marks Assent’s third successful funding round in three years. The investment by Warburg Pincus highlights the company as leaders in supply chain data management, helping clients around the world reduce third-party risk in the global marketplace. It will enable Assent to continue the development of our market-leading supply chain data management platform, which allows companies to collect data to identify and assess corporate social responsibility, product compliance and vendor management risk.
