Nominations Open: Top 100 Conflict Mineral Influence Leaders List 2017

The Top 100 Conflict Mineral Influence Leaders List is back for the third consecutive year, with nominations for the 2017 list now open! Given the significant global expansion of the conflict minerals regulatory landscape over the past year, we anticipate a huge increase in the number and diversity of nominations for 2017.

The list, curated by Lucas Taylor (University of Notre Dame MBA) and LDT Consulting, on behalf of Assent Compliance, recognizes individuals for their outstanding contributions to awareness, education and development in the conflict mineral space. Each of the nominees are working to help companies make a positive impact in some of the world’s most politically and economically unstable regions through a focus on human rights and ethical supply chain practices.

What makes a great Top 100 nominee? They:

  • Made significant positive contributions to conflict minerals compliance in 2016-17
  • Were directly involved in the management or execution of a conflict mineral program in 2016-17
  • Are leaders in their space or industry
  • Participate in industry events, such as conferences, webinars and consultation sessions
  • Raise awareness of conflict minerals and conflict minerals compliance both within their organization and abroad
