REACH: The Guidance & Five New SVHCs [WEBINAR]

When the Court of Justice of the European Union issued its ruling last year that the presence of substances of very high concern in complex articles must be assessed at the parts level, it was clear some companies would have to change the way they manage their REACH compliance programs.

However, the full impact of this ruling wasn’t known until the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) released its new guidance in late 2015. Shortly afterwards, the ECHA also added five new SVHCs to the Candidate List.

On January 12th, Assent Compliance’s Director of Regulatory Affairs, James Calder, hosted a webinar where he discussed what this guidance means for you, where you might find these new SVHCs in your supply chain and what your requirements are under the regulation.
