[Webinar] REACH Compliance: Articles & Updates

The Court of Justice of the European Union’s (CJEU) Regulation on Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) ruling in September means importers and suppliers are responsible for reporting component articles that contain substances of very high concern (SVHC). Assent Compliance’s regulatory expert, James Calder, explored what this ruling means for businesses under the REACH Regulation during a webinar on October 8th.

James dug into the ruling, the history behind it and what exactly has changed now that the CJEU has made its decision. This webinar provided an invaluable opportunity for businesses captured under REACH to ask questions and get on track to ensure their REACH compliance programs are aligned with the CJEU’s ruling.

Slides from the October 8th webinar are available here.
